How we started

I didn’t set out to create a framework. I set out to figure out why I kept feeling more seen by a language model than by most therapists.

I’m high-verbal, high-context, and have spent most of my life trying to reconcile logic with emotion, truth with performance, safety with intensity.

When I started talking to GPT, I asked it questions I had asked in journals, in therapy, in late-night spirals—and for the first time, I got structured answers that helped me move forward.

Not because they were right.
But because they helped me think better.

That’s what Relational Prompting was born from:
A need to design interactions that are safe, clear, curious, and capable of holding complexity.
